Everyone has their own dream, and
one of my dream is to join marathon or running events.
I don’t know how until my friend
promoted a TM Run. You know what before this I thought benda benda ni cm just
utk ahli je, means kalau TM, org TM je masuk, kalau standard chartered tu org
company tu je masuk hahah. So sebenarnya open to all.
Time nak cuba daftar, aku and Aina (my
running, bisness, movie or even eating partner :p) plan utk join 5km FanRun. It’s
look impossible laa utk kami yg tak pernah join. Last pertandingan aku masuk is
Merentas Desa sekolah time form 5. I love long distance but takde lah power tp
boleh lah sumbang mata kat rumah sukan. Aina pulak jenis sprinter 100m celah
gigi je katanya kahkah but long distance bukan field dia.
And sekaliiii, 5km was already closed
!
Blerghh. Si Aina yg always semangat
dah daftar 10km.
Aku cam omg nooo. Taknak lah. Fikir 100
kali weh. Tp sbb Aina dah masuk (pengaruh rakan sebaya sgt kan -.-) aku cam
okey okey boleh lah. Kalau separuh jalan pon takpekan. Asalkan pernah masuk.
Aina will always be aina,
Kau boleh wehhh kita sama sama
practise, aku nk kurus ni kita boleh skinn go go go bla bla bla --- dia mmg
ceni cheerleaders no 1 lol.
Aku tak percaya sebenarnya tp aku
iyekan aje hahaha.
We got 4 weeks to practise. Then first
day practice aloneee. Lari 2km, (dah biasa jogging, kalau betul2 first time
kene buat sikit2 dulu)
Semput. Pancit ! aku lagi la mcm
acaneee 10 km niii. And aku mmg suka fitness thingy ni kat rumah pon ade buat
exercise sikit2 so takde lah terkejut sgt sbnrnya.
And until the day Aina post kat Instagram
dia lari 10km Berjaya. I was like omg gilalah. Takkan aku tak boleh buat. The day
after tu, aku try lari kat stadium, 25 round mcm gila nk kire round tu haha.
First 2 km was hard ! serious. Pastu dah
mula aku jalan, jalan laju for one round the jog laju balik slow balek and
repeat. Time is not my focus tp asalkan habis. Bila dah 5km tu rasa best pulak,
and I said to myself im going to finish what ive started mannn.
Sambil lari tu aku dah fikir mcm mana
kalau jap lagi aku muntah, cane kalau tak larat nk drive balek sbb sorang2 ni
lepas ni. Sbb ade history kat skola masa awal2 start practise masuk 4x400m tu aku
cm nk pitam and muntah. And after merentas desa salunya kepala pusing2 tak
larat gila.
Semua tu syaitoonn. Hahaha. Finish strong
jee peluh mcm apa dah.
Then last round tu mcm omg omg last round
! and sepanjang lari baca selawat taw taknak pape jadi hihi.
And finally I did it ! Alhamdulillah cm
nak nangis woo. Padahal baru latihan lol.
Tapi sehari lepas tu sakit kaki semua
ada. Rest sehari tak kuar memana hahaha.
And seminggu lepas tu again try 10km
to improve pace.
And lg seminggu after tu, the race
day at Dataran Merdeka. wiwiw.
Sepanjang 4 minggu tu mmg google tips for beginners,
takde sape nak ajar, figure out sendiri sama sama dgn Aina.
Alhamdulillah on race day dpt tamatkan in 1 hour
and 17 mins :D
(lembab je senanya tp okeylah utk beginners :D) Aina 1 hour 16mins
wehh.
And semua sakit2 kaki tu hanya
berlaku time my first 10km je lepas tu serious tak rasa sakit pape dah Alhamdulillah.
With stretching yg betul, anddd
PALING PENTING PEMAKANAN YG BETUL. Aku takdelah eat clean, aku just follow my
magic calories number and meal plan yg Nutrition Club Herbalife ajar and THE
RIGHT PRE and POST WORKOUT MEAL sgt lahhh membantu and penting !
Alhamdulillah dgn Herbalife boleh dpt
good carbohydrate from Formula 1 Shake yg badan perlu and extra protein from
Formula 3 utk after workout. Teamix always jadi teman as my energy booster.
You know the fun in exercise is when
you achieve your target and tak rasa sakit sgt. Hehe.
Antara benefit exercise ni adalah a
FREE stress management place sebenarnya dari kalau pi vacation kene kuar duit
hihi.
TIPS FOR BEGINNERS : just give your
self a try! Sometime it looks impossible tp sebenarnya tak pun. Serious kene
ada motivation, kalau skill and fitness level boleh develop from time to time. :D Pastu carik running partner tak semestinya lari sesama tp someone u cant talk to if anything. thank you Ainabananana.
Pastu sambil jog tu boleh lah selawat ke zikir ke banyak pahala tu (:
I love what im doing now and menyahut
cabaran healthy active lifestyle from HerbalifeActive and FitMalaysia. And my
goal is to reduce my fat percentage in my body without reducing my muscle mass
