Ramadhan kareem everyone ! :)

Jap sebelum tu, utk mendapat feeling yg best, boleh lah bukak zikir terapi diri, astaghfirullah by hafiz hamidun utk mendapat feeling entry ni. hewhew. oke tipu. Dapat pahala lah dgr zikir :)

Ermm there's a moment when everything is going terrible. everything is going wrong. semua benda masalah nk berlaku sekarang. kecik kecik and besar besar semua nk berlaku.

everything happen and u cant cope with all this things. dah mcm the worst moment in your life.

lose hope. lose everything. you're down and out, you just cant cope, you wanna shout, you lost all hope. 

there are always challenges after challenges.

Allah tarik balik satu persatu yg bukan milik kita.

Allah tarik balik satu persatu utk apa yg kita tak perlu focuskan.

Allah tarik balik everything yg terlampau kita sayang and depend on.

when everything going miserable, speechless. tears going down.

the only word we can say is Allah..

lose hope.

everything getting worst and stagnant

bukan senang nk istiqamah.

everytime we try to get back up, we fall again.

fall and fall again and again.

there's a time when we want to say to ourself, 'please, just give up on everything'

kadang kadang kita terdetik utk menjadi normal person. just go with the flow. taknak fight utk dream. taknak fight utk apa apa yg dirasakan susah.

just ikut je telunjuk org lain. ikut je, and life will be more happier, no more stress, no more challenges.

tapi..

teringat satu ayat ni,

tidak beriman sesorang itu, sehingga dia diuji.. T_T

ujian tu tanda peringatan, mungkin ada salah yg kita lakukan

ujian itu tanda Allah sayang..

ujian itu tanda Allah sedang didik kita for the next stage of life.

tak tipu, even kita kuat mcm mana pon, even kita dah arif dlm sesuatu bidang tu, ade moment kita rasa, ya Allah, susahnya.. terbebannya..

tapi..

“Allah puts no burden on any person beyond what He has given him. Allah will grant after hardship, ease.”- 65:7

Whenever u say "it is too difficult" remember "Verily with every hardship,there is relief"-surah insyirah: 6

Whenever u feel "no one can Help me" just believe," be patient,for your patience is with the help of Allah" -Surah annahl:127

For those who always struggling, belief that "Allaah will not burden you more than you can bear " -Al-baqarah : 286

Allah berfirman, "Dan sesungguhnya Kami benar-benar menguji kamu agar Kami mengetahui siapa yang berjihad & siapa bersabar di antara kamu"

sometime u feel like want to be a kid without any problems, u can just playing around, happy, running here and there, play all this fun things. However, to grow, u have different situation in your life stage of life, different challenges. As u growing up, it becomes more difficult. if u are having any big challenges in your life now, keep calm and stay strong because YOU ARE GROWING :)

semoga hati kita lebih tenang, hati lebih ikhlas dalam lakukan perkara lain only for the sake of Allah. 

hari tu attend small usrah dgn kakak kakak herbalife, 

permasalahan hidup ni sebenarnya semua berkaitan dgn iman.

permasalahan hidup yg berpunca dr kelalaian diri sendiri, dan kelalaian itu sbb adanya something lack of keimanan dlm diri.

so check balik hati, iman, amal.

sebenarnya bila hubungan kita dgn Allah baik, everything insyaAllah will be fine

when we have Allah, we have everything.

just dont give up. Allah tgh prepare something yg indah utk kita. or Allah dah prepare, tunggu kita je jadi matang dan bersedia utk terima hadiah indah tu.
keep walking keep running even you fall in the middle of your journey. get back up stronger day by day.
be the best of yourself ;)

Sepuluh Keterujaan di Bangkok, Thailand

Bismillah

Seperti yg semua tahu, baru baru ni aku pergi bangkok utk vacation and training bersama herbalife. 

Alhamdulillah at the young age o 20 years old i manage to travel with friendsss ke luar negara using own money :) 5 days day was awesome !

sepanjang berada disana byk pekara yg mngujakan.

keterujaan pertama :

teruja ada boleh tgk movie dlm flight. selama ni naik air asia jeee. kali ni naik german punya flight. 

okay mcm jakun sgt je kan? haruslah jakun. first timeee. kahkah. tp aku tak tgk pon movie, aku dgr lagu je. huhu.

keterujaan kedua:

bagi ikan makan sambil naik boat kat sg terpanjang. menam choa phraya river. ikan dia buas gila makan roti cm nak makan org and cm tak makan setahun -____-

keterujaan ketiga:

jumpa CEO Herbalife for 2nd time. Michael O Johnson. dpt leadership training dr beliau. mmg kezutann sgt. tak taw plak dia yg akn keluar on stage ! :'o *meremang*

Beliau adalah triathlete. sgt fit even umur around 50 kot. not sure. former CEO of walt disney. now in Herbalife :)

keterujaan keempat:

tgk video Christiano Ronaldo officially with Herbalife now. sakit tekak menjerit time tu wahaha. and lagi teruja dgn MOJ cerita mcm mana CR boleh terjebak guna herbalife. and he REALLY2 love herbalife products. amazing !

keterujaan kelima:

naik tuk tuk ni. first time naik. dah la laju gilaa. rasa tak stabil and dia cilok sukati sukati je. seriously mcm takde rules je kat jalan raya tu. tp aku suka gila sbb tak membazir masa. haha. super duper suka speed hee.

keterujaan keenam:

ini adalah samantha clayton. sebelum ni dia athelete and now she consume herbalife and jadi director of fitness in herbalife. selama ni tgk video tak taw plak dia ni director fitness of herbalife. teruja lagi bila dia on stage kat extravaganza. badan dia lawa wuuuu. rasa semangat nk fit lepas tgk dia. 

baru baru ni aku buat wellness analisis kat tmpt jogging semua bagai nak rak exercise tp makan pon bagai nak rak. cane nak sihat mcm tu T_T 

and samantha sgt2 tekankan, 80% pemakanan and 20% exercise. so paling penting pemakanan ! herbalife nutrition is the best insyaAllah ! fitness pon penting juga :)

keterujaan ketujuh:

tengok kecantikan susan perterson. cuba teka umur dia bape.

cepat tekaaa...

umur dia 54 tahun :o

dah guna herbalife products for 30 years. maksudnya selama 30 tahun dah bg good and enough nutrition inner and outer. subhanallah. aku tgh bygkan 30 tahun lagi aku cane hehe. jika panjang usia insyaAllah..

keterujaan kelapan:

aku lupa nama dia apa tp dia from taiwan. umur 30++

start guna herbalife umur 18 tahun. sama cam aku la kiranya. andddd dulu dia gemokkk. huduh tgk gambar before dia. now cantek gila badan dia muka dia. mcm still 18 tahun ! presidents team member. and bwh dia ramai pres team member jugak :o

masyaAllah masyaAllah.

keterujaan kesembilan:

jumpa distributor jepun yg kawaii sangat. muka cm nk sama je ngn aku. kahkahkah kbyee :p

keterujaan kesepuluh:

cuba teka umur dia berapa?

aku sendiri baru tahu umur dia dah 63 tahun :o pangkat nenek dah niii.

mcm still 40++ *pengsan*

dah guna herbalife 20-30 tahun dah !

tp malangnya aku punya battery habis time tu tak leh amek gambar live T_T

energy dia pon still tiptop siap boleh nari nari lagi -__-

mmg secara logic kita bagi benda baik dlm badan kita, kepada cell2 kita, keseluruhan akan jad baik insyaAllah.

itulah sepuluh benda yg aku teruja yg aku mampu cerita. sebenarnya banyakkk lagi. berjalan dibumi Allah mmg banyak benda yg kita amazed. sebab tu lah Allah pon suruh kita berjalan dan bermusafir mengembara bumi Allah ni. Alhamdulilllah for this opputurnity at the very young age !

Pengajaran di Bangkok, Dream Big and Dont Quit !

 Alhamdulillah baru je balek dari Bangkok for herbalife trainings and vacation. Sangat awesome, amazing, touching, nangis, inspiring.

Do you have a dream?

I can see many dream achieve in Herbalife Alhamudulillah. even dream kecik kecik or dream besar. bila benda tu achieve mmg sangat sebak tgk. dalam happy happy kat bangkok ni, aku asyik menangis sebak je lihat something yg buat aku terharu.

ini downline aku aka classmate aku. ruhila ni even belum betul betul serious ngn herbalife, she managed to come to extravaganza bangkok. ini adalah pertama kali dia naik flight and pergi ke luar negara. ruhila sgt excited. and this is one of her dream come true with herbalife. alhamdulillah. kalau xde herbalife and Allah tak izinkan, bila tah kau g luar negara kan :p

tahniah ruhila ! after extraganza insyaAllah lebeh serious in achieving more dreamsss with herbalife okay ruhila ! :)

next, ini kak hannah. kak hannah pon first time buat passport. terharu tgk bila kak hannah excited :) kak hannah ni kurang sikit percaya pada diri. insyaAllah pas extravaganza kak hannah dah jadi org yg baru. go go akak !

next :

itu adalah salah satu dream mereka. bygkan kanak kanak umur 19 tahun dream utk naik atas pentas dunia. *meremang*

kak amalina peter start herbalife umur 18 tahun dgn income part time rm500. time tu student lagi kat UIA. kak maryam izzati start herbalife ketika umur 19tahun. hanya dgn niat utk bantu mak beliau yg mempunyai masalah kewangan yg agak teruk. they start with a dream. and now both at the age of 24, their income rm100k a month with herbalife. masyaAllah. Truly inspiration. :')

ini pulak uncle allen. mentor kami dalam herbalife. dah 6 tahun buat herbalife. his dream utk jadi speaker kat extravaganza. and his dream come true baru baru ni kat bangkok. bila uncle ckp pasal dream dia come true, mmg sebak sgt. dulu contractor kelas A, takde masalah kewangan tp decide for a better life, now uncle dah 15k exec pres team. uncle salu tekan kan pasal dream dream dream. sbb dream yg buat kita move foward. no dream, no action.

the journey will not going so easy. mmg tough. tp always find solution. always dgr ckp upline, always dream bigger and never ever quit and never ever try not to attend big/international events.

kalau quit anda lah yg rugi. rugi rugi rugi. u just never know apa yg tunggu anda dihadapan. jangan give up on your dream okey ! :)

kisah susan peterson. NO 1 DISTRIBUTOR in the WORLD. beliau adalah guest speaker kat extravaganza hari tu. dah lebeh kurang 30 tahun in herbalife. umur dah 50-60 tahun centu. sangat best dgr training dia. menangis setengah jam aku T_T kalau teringat word2 dia mesti nangis balek -____-

upline susan peterson dah quit. cuba bygkan if upline dia stay, upline dia akan ada big organisation and dah tolong ramaaaaiiii org sihat and earn income. rugikan dia quit?

so, jangan QUIT. 

ape mksd jgn quit? just attend event besar herbalife AND guna herbalife shake f1 at least :) tu lah mksd tak quit. tp cara ini tak laju lah in herbalife, but it is better than u quit. 

dalam herbalife takde erti gagal. org yg gagal hanyalah org yg quit.

just stay strong and happy together.

herbalife kan FUN SIMPLE and MAGICAL !

ramai lagi sebenarnya yg give up on his/her dream bila dia find difficulties along the journey.

tak kisah lah dalam herbalife ke tak. apa apa yg kita nak, nak lose weight / nak sihat / nak dean list, kalau kita betul2 nak, mesti ada jalannya. org yg give up je yg akan tewas. stay strong, build it better everyday. improve mistake and improve attitude.

Allah will make a way when there's seem to be no way :')
